Job Description
As a Move Coordinator at Move One, you will be responsible for managing all phases of household goods relocations, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating seamless communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for clients and partners.
- Oversee packing, transport, storage, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Prepare shipping instructions and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Maintain shipment statuses and proactively communicate any changes.
- Address issues promptly and guarantee financial accuracy in invoicing.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of coordination experience, excellent customer service skills (English proficiency required; French preferred), and proficiency in MS Office.
