Job Description
Unity Foods Limited is actively looking for a skilled Assistant Manager – Compliance to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our Management System for Food Safety, Halal, and Quality Management System (QMS) compliance. Key responsibilities include developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies, conducting audits, performing gap analyses, and carrying out risk assessments. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will train staff on Food Safety and Quality standards and participate in external audits to ensure full compliance.
Qualified candidates should possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field, along with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
