Job Description
Texitech is looking for a dedicated Import Officer to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Import Procurement Cycle, managing essential tasks such as documentation, Letters of Credit (LCs), and bank contracts. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documents while liaising with various stakeholders, including forwarding agents, shipping lines, and clearing agents.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of freight terms, Incoterms, customs duties, and more. A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.COM) or Business Administration (BBA) along with at least 1 year of experience in Import Procurement is necessary for this position.
