Role Summary: Martin Dow is seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Support Executive to deliver first-line support for information technology and computing system issues. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating user problems, implementing effective solutions, and assisting with procedural documentation.
Responsibilities: Your duties will include installing and configuring desktops and laptops, diagnosing technical faults, and coordinating with the central IT service desk. Ideal candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience and hold a B.Sc or BS in Computer Science.
