Job Description
We are excited to announce a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Customer Support Representative based in Gulberg 3, Lahore. You will be required to work 48 hours per week during UK banking hours. The salary ranges from Rs 40,00 to Rs 60,00 per month.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing daily operations while providing exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will assist with troubleshooting, navigation, and general inquiries, ensuring an efficient workflow.
Key skills include strong communication in English, problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively. While prior experience is not necessary, we prefer candidates with a background in customer support.
