Job Description
Mablay Beauty Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that each interaction is both positive and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat to address inquiries.
- Actively listen to and understand customer concerns.
- Provide detailed information regarding products and order statuses.
- Effectively resolve inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree and exceptional English communication skills are required.
Working Hours: 9:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. (Monday to Saturday)
