Job Description
Position Overview:
Join our team at International Petrochemical as a Plant Operator. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing plant equipment and machinery to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
Essential Duties:
- Operate and maintain designated plant machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections and report any discrepancies.
- Support plant start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
- Keep the work environment clean and organized.
- Document operational data and promptly inform supervisors of issues.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Operations.
- 2–4 years of experience in industrial plant operations.
- Ability to interpret gauges, meters, and technical instructions.
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks and shift work.
