Job Description
Telelinkz is looking for a skilled and driven Inbound Sales Specialist to become a valuable member of our team. In this position, you will manage inbound calls and successfully convert them into sales by identifying customer needs and providing the necessary information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers over the phone and assess their requirements.
- Inform customers about our comprehensive range of telecom products and services.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve or surpass set sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria: A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and availability for the 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM shift. Compensation includes a salary of Rs 120,00 plus uncapped commission.
