Job Description
H&S Real Estate is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to enhance our team. In this critical role, you will deliver IT assistance to our staff, resolve technical inquiries, and ensure optimal system performance. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring hardware and software functionality, updating applications, upgrading hardware, maintaining databases, and safeguarding system security.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist. A strong understanding of computer systems and excellent communication skills are required.
