Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to uphold culinary excellence across a diverse portfolio, including restaurants, catering services, bakery operations, and FMCG sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new recipes and menus.
- Standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across central kitchens and locations.
- Mentor and cultivate high-performing culinary teams.
- Oversee the launch of bakery, catering, and FMCG products.
- Ensure adherence to global quality standards and food safety regulations.
Location: Karachi
Experience: 10-15 years (5+ in a leadership role); Culinary Arts or Hospitality degree preferred.
