Holzinn Home (North) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager for our Phase-7, Bahria Town location. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing contract management and ensuring compliance with legal standards for our projects. Your duties will include drafting and negotiating contracts, monitoring contractual obligations, and collaborating effectively with project teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Law, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction sector. A profound understanding of FIDIC guidelines and local legal regulations, coupled with exceptional negotiation skills, is crucial for success in this position.
