Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer information in our database.
- Perform data entry tasks in Microsoft Excel.
- Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
