Job Description
Walkeaze Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for Retail. In this vital position, you will collaborate with the Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations and develop effective customer engagement strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating customer service functions, supervising store staff, managing inventory levels, and assessing employee performance. Additionally, you will generate reports to analyze sales data and support store closing activities.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and has a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience. We prefer applicants aged 25 to 35 for this role.
This position is full-time and requires in-person attendance.
