Job Description
A Hamson Inc. is currently seeking a motivated IT Support Assistant to become a vital member of our team. The primary responsibilities include receiving, documenting, and tracking user complaints, as well as classifying and prioritizing issues in our Complaint Management System (CMS). The role also entails providing basic troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, operating systems, and networking issues.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, possess a foundational understanding of IT concepts, and have experience with helpdesk systems. Familiarity with IT security principles is highly desirable.
