Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and skilled Recruitment Executive to enhance our HR Department at our Head Office in Karachi DHA Phase 8.
Position: Recruitment Executive
Qualifications: BBA/MBA
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience required
Salary: PKR 60,00 – 70,00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and publish job descriptions for both technical and non-technical positions
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability
- Oversee the full recruitment process from screening to onboarding
- Utilize technical knowledge to clarify job requirements for specialized roles
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
