Job Description

We are thrilled to announce a vacancy for the position of Quality Control Executive within the BPO sector, based in Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

Work Hours: 12 PM – 9 PM (Monday to Friday) | Saturday: 10 AM – 3 PM

Salary: Up to PKR 70,00

Qualifications: Candidates should be fresh graduates or hold an ADP/Graduation degree with available transcripts. A minimum of 1 year of QC experience is preferred, and we encourage male candidates to apply.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include monitoring calls and chats, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), providing constructive feedback to improve customer experience, maintaining quality control reports, and assisting with training requirements.

Requirements: Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to adapt to changing operational demands.
