Job Description
Job Responsibilities: We are seeking an IT Administrator to oversee system administration, network management, technical support, security, and data management. You will also manage project oversight, software development, staff training, and vendor relationships, while engaging in strategic planning to ensure our IT infrastructure aligns with the organization’s objectives.
Qualifications Needed: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 3-5 years of IT support experience. Proficiency in LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, and Microsoft tools is required. Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Candidates should be available to work across US and AUS time zones.
