Job Description
WOWJI Private Limited is currently looking for an HR Executive to oversee daily HR operations at our headquarters while collaborating with site teams. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing recruitment processes, facilitating onboarding procedures, tracking employee attendance, handling payroll inputs, maintaining HR documentation, and enhancing employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline, accompanied by 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR capacity. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HR Information Systems (HRIS) is essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu are required for effective collaboration.
