Job Description

Wolfiz Solutions Pvt, Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Human Resources Officer with experience in the IT industry to enhance our vibrant team. This role involves managing comprehensive HR operations, which encompass recruitment, maintaining employee records, payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, and fostering employee engagement.

Your main responsibilities will include sustaining employee records, facilitating recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, overseeing payroll data, and implementing employee engagement programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of HR experience within the IT sector, familiarity with HRIS, and proficiency in both Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
