Job Description
Join Nestlé Pakistan as an Area Sales Manager based in Bahawalpur. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary contact for all sales operations, overseeing Field Sales, Distributors, and Customers within your designated area. Your main objective will be to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet assigned targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement effective field sales strategies.
- Oversee distributor management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Execute Channel Category plans at various Points of Purchase.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of field sales experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities.
