Job Description

Experts Communication is seeking a committed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or call centers, coupled with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: 40,00 – 60,00 PKR

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Responsibilities

Engage with customers through calls, provide support, address inquiries, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

At least one year of experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work night shifts.
