Job Description
Aura Studio is a dynamic organization seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive to elevate our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR operations, overseeing recruitment processes, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Address employee relations and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training programs and assist in performance evaluations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
