Job Description
Mars BPO is looking for enthusiastic and driven Customer Sales Representatives to enhance our Medicare campaign. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional customer service while striving to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Your strong communication skills and commitment to a customer-centric approach will be vital to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to Medicare sales.
- Provide detailed explanations of Medicare plans and benefits to clients.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable plans for their needs.
- Work towards achieving both individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred experience in call center or sales environments.
- Availability to work night shifts is required.
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00, depending on experience.
