Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support through phone and email communications. Your primary responsibilities will include conveying complex genetic information in an understandable manner and efficiently resolving customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- ✔ Intermediate English proficiency is required; fluency is mandatory.
- ✔ Basic technical skills (CRM and MS Office).
- ✔ Experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or call center sectors.
- ✔ Familiarity with immune, neuro, and genetic testing (CGX) concepts.
Compensation: PKR 30,00 plus bonuses and commissions.
