Job Description
Shark Technologies is in search of a dedicated Dialer Administrator to join our US-based call center located in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and optimization of our automated call center dialing systems. Key duties include configuring campaigns, monitoring system performance, and ensuring strict adherence to telemarketing regulations.
This position demands a keen ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze call data to boost agent productivity, and generate comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. We prefer candidates with prior experience in a US-based call center environment.
