Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-oriented Calling Agent to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, delivering product information, and supporting our sales and collections initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for sales and follow-up efforts.
- Handle inbound calls and effectively resolve customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on products and services.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve call-related targets.
Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), previous telecalling experience is a plus, and excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
