In this essential role, you will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, both landline and mobile, to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Your duties will include coordinating appointment schedules from various channels, warmly welcoming clients, and providing accurate service, pricing, and discount information. Additionally, you will assist in upselling services and maintain precise client records.
