Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is a leading INBOUND Customer Service Provider catering to clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. We are currently looking for dedicated individuals for the role of Chat & Email Support Specialist. Our services operate 24/7, and we prioritize candidates with previous inbound customer service experience, particularly in US or UK campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone.
- Resolve service-related inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Engage in training sessions and team meetings.
- Support team members as needed.
- Be adaptable to varying shift schedules.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 70,00, along with additional benefits.
