Job Description
Joyland Ltd is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a driven and customer-centric individual to join our team.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar role.
Qualifications: Minimum Intermediate education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salary: Rs40,00 – Rs45,00 per month.
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM, 6 days a week.
Location: Lahore.
Key Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries, managing complaints, maintaining records, and assisting with on-site registrations. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential for this role.
