Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Tendering & Documentation Officer with hands-on experience in construction tenders, documentation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and organizing tender-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor platforms for relevant tender opportunities.
- Prepare and submit Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information.
- Follow up on contracts, payments, and bid results.
- Organize tender documentation and handle administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or engineering projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in proposal and bid preparation is preferred.
Retired Armed Forces personnel are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: PKR 40,00 – 50,00 per month, plus performance-based commissions.
