Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Trainer to design, implement, and assess training programs aimed at improving employee capabilities, performance, and knowledge. The selected candidate will work closely with department heads and the HR team to ensure that all training initiatives align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
