Job Description
AK Graphic is on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven Call Center Agents to join our team in Gulberg II, Lahore, for the night shift. In this position, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing product information and assisting customers with a professional and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Make outbound calls to potential leads
- Deliver accurate information regarding products and services
- Update customer records within our systems
- Meet daily and weekly targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
- 2-3 months of relevant experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Proficient English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
