Job Description
HR First Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified Credit Control Specialist to enhance our financial operations. The ideal candidate will implement credit policies to evaluate and manage customer creditworthiness, review credit terms with sales and branch management, and monitor the company’s accounts receivable portfolio. Responsibilities include establishing efficient collection procedures for outstanding payments, generating aging receivable reports, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.
The successful applicant will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable. Additionally, proven leadership ability across multiple locations is essential.
