Job Description

Smart Brains BPO is looking for a meticulous and dependable Verifier to join our team for the US-based Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for validating leads, verifying accident details, and pre-qualifying clients for legal consultations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and an ability to excel in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls from individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents.
• Verify and gather lead information accurately.
• Confirm details of accidents.
• Screen claimants effectively.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Escalate qualified leads to the legal intake team.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics.

Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in BPO or a related field, along with strong verbal communication skills.
