Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is a leading INBOUND Customer Service Provider, catering to clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. Our operations run around the clock, and we are currently looking for dedicated candidates with prior experience in inbound customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone.
- Address service inquiries, complaints, and daily operational tasks.
- Engage in training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborate and provide support to team members as necessary.
- Adjust to various shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs. 70,00 to Rs. 80,00, including benefits.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- No Criminal Record
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Able to Work in a Team
