Job Description
Z Square Technology is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Support Representative. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, Business Administration, or a related field. This position requires you to be the first point of contact for our clients, where you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an overall positive customer experience.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; outstanding English communication skills; strong decision-making capabilities; previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles is advantageous.
