Job Description

NISAR SYNTHETIC LIMITED is actively seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Assistant Manager in Human Resources. The ideal applicant will possess 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field, with a mandatory background in manufacturing. Strong computer skills, knowledge of organizational development, and a solid understanding of labor law are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate hands-on experience in operations, onboarding, official communication, and recruitment. Expertise in compensation and benefits is highly desirable.

This is a full-time position located onsite.

Monthly salary ranges from Rs80,00.00 to Rs120,00.00.
