Job Description
Travels Hook UK Umrah is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Call Center Agents to enhance our team. As an agent, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls for our UK-based Umrah and travel clientele.
Key Responsibilities: Engage in sales calls, address client inquiries, promote Umrah and travel packages, maintain detailed logs and update our CRM, and foster strong customer relationships.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or call centers, outstanding English communication skills (British accent preferred), confidence, punctuality, and availability for UK shift hours (12 PM – 9 PM Pakistan Time).
Salary is competitive, ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, with additional bonus opportunities.
