Job Description
XRbusiness is currently in search of a talented Customer Support & Email Marketing Specialist for our packaging division. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction through efficient order management and prompt inquiry resolution. Your key responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, processing orders, and collaborating with various departments to provide superior packaging solutions.
Ideal candidates will possess 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office along with ERP/CRM systems. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month, with work conducted on-site.
