Job Description
Redex IT Limited is currently seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently resolving service tickets, ensuring timely reporting, and managing engineer recruitment processes. Key duties include the prompt resolution of service tickets, regular updates to our systems, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 1-2 years of experience in IT service delivery, exceptional communication skills, and a strong technical background are essential.
