Job Description
Highfy, Pakistan’s fastest-growing beauty eCommerce platform, is seeking a motivated Customer Support Executive to enhance our team. In this essential role, you will deliver outstanding service to our customers through effective chat support and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide prompt, effective solutions.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
- Assist customers with order placements and modifications.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to ensure accurate assistance.
This full-time position is located in Clifton Block 8, Karachi, with a starting salary of Rs45,00 per month.
