Job Description
Shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM | Type: Full-time
Pay: PKR 50,00–60,00 base salary + uncapped commission (On-Target Earnings of ₨150,00+ for top performers)
About ABS International: With over 16 years of experience in the BPO industry, we specialize in managing outbound B2B campaigns for the US market, providing paid onboarding and opportunities for rapid career advancement.
Responsibilities: Conduct outreach through phone calls and LinkedIn, qualify leads, close sales, and ensure accurate CRM updates.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year in US B2B sales, excellent English communication skills, and availability for night shifts in Gulistan-e-Johar.
