Job Description
Max International is excited to welcome skilled individuals to our sales and order management team. In the role of E-commerce Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions through WhatsApp, phone calls, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via WhatsApp, phone, and Shopify.
- Accurately process customer orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Follow up with prospective customers to enhance sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on achieving targets.
