Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidates proficient in icabbi, Autocab, and Cordic software for the role of Cab Call Operator (CSR). In this position, you will handle incoming calls from UK customers wishing to book or modify taxi reservations. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing airport bookings
- Processing payments via phone
- Escalating complaints to appropriate departments
- Responding to driver inquiries and concerns
Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year of call center experience and a British accent is essential. This is a full-time role with an 11-month contract. Salary ranges from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month. The position requires in-person attendance.
