Job Description

SmartTalent is in search of a motivated and dynamic Sales Agent to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads via various channels, understanding customer concerns, and providing customized services to meet their specific needs. You will also be expected to deliver technical support and offer excellent after-sales service to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Required Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.

Required Experience: A minimum of 1 year in telecom sales.
