Job Description
DS Marketing Agency is seeking professional, customer-focused Entry-Level Call Center Agents. You will place outbound calls, introduce company services, collect and verify customer information, adhere to call scripts and quality standards, accurately record interactions, and meet daily and weekly call targets. No experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
