Job Description
Trubyte Private Limited, located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, is seeking a motivated Technical Support Associate to join our growing team. This full-time, in-person role offers Rs35,00.00–Rs40,00.00 per month with a three-month probationary period.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Assist with IT setups, maintenance, and incident documentation.
- Communicate clearly in English and Urdu with customers and internal teams.
Candidates should hold relevant technical certifications, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and display a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
