Job Description
Dejure Technologies seeks a client-focused Chat Support Representative to deliver prompt, professional assistance via real-time chat. You will troubleshoot basic technical issues, provide clear guidance, document interactions, escalate when necessary, and contribute to positive customer experiences and retention.
- Responsibilities: manage multiple chat conversations, resolve complaints, maintain accurate records, and use CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Qualifications: minimum 1 year of chat/customer support experience, excellent written English (US), strong multitasking and patience, and flexibility for shift work if required.
Location: PIA Road near Wapda Town, Lahore. Hours: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM. Employment: Full-time, in person. Salary: Rs50,00–Rs60,00 per month.
