Job Description
Collaborate Solutions is hiring a full-time, on-site Client Acquisition Specialist. Schedule: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Location: DHA Phase 8.
The role focuses on securing projects via strategic bidding and professional client communication. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience with Upwork bidding, proposal writing, or online client engagement.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential Upwork projects.
- Draft tailored proposals to attract and win clients.
- Maintain accurate records of bids and client correspondence.
Requirements: 1–2 years relevant experience, strong English communication skills, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
