Job Description
About the Role: Abacus is seeking a passionate Training Executive to lead learning initiatives for our expanding BPO/Call Center operations. You will design and deliver training programs to enhance agent performance, improve customer experience, and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead training for new hires, conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), drive training KPIs, coach trainers, and collaborate on training content.
Requirements: 2+ years in a training role within a BPO/Call Center, strong facilitation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related fields. A Master’s/MBA is preferred.
